Chemonie Crossing

Chemonie Crossing began in  the 1990's and they are still building in here today.  This neighborhood features custom-built homes that are large in size and usually situated on several acres of land. The average size of most homes range from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet. Residents enjoy the feeling of peace and serenity while being only a few minutes from town. This  Neighborhood Association meets every month.  There is a lot to offer when it comes to restaurants or shopping. To name a few: Hurricane Grill & Wings, Siam Bistro, Chilis, Walmart, Target, Dao Restaurant, Publix, Chick-fil-A, Marco’s Pizza, and so much more. It is pretty close to Costco and the movie theater too
